First day with Mom and Tash!

Today after classes, Mom and Tash met up with me and two other friends (Jenny and Jenny) and we walked down to the beautiful waterfall here. It took about a half hour walk cause of an old mom and a prego sister haha. (Just kidding guys) When we got there we had to climb a bunch of stairs to find the beautiful thing! It was beautiful, however, you got a good taste of the beauties of Mexico. If you check out the pictures, you can see that there is a beautiful waterfall, and at the bottom pond part, there is trash.. It is kind of a direct symbol of Mexico.

After that, the 5 of us hopped in a little city taxi AND GOT PULLED OVER! The cab driver wasnt allowed to have 5 people in the car. The police here actually took away his liscence, and he got back in the car and drove away with the 5 of us still in the car! In Mexico, you get your liscence taken away until you pay the ticket off...Tickets here are only about 25 dollars, which I wish was true for back home!

After the funny experience, we all ate at my favorite little ice cream/candy shop called "Santa Clara" It was great!

We went back to the hotel to rest for a while, and headed down to my host house. My awesome host mom made Tasha, Mom, Me, Charissa, Herself, and the two other girls living here this amazing meal. It was Mexican Spaghetti with sauce that is cream cheese, chipotle, and other spices over chicken, over pasta! Mom had bought some little gifts for my host mom, in which she loved, and also brought some wine over. I think by the time Peg had her second glass of wine she thought she could speak Spanish! ha. It was fun to listen to my host mom speak and interpret for my mom, and vice versa. It was also nice to converse with Tasha in another language! I am getting there!!

Oh, I got to feel MuMu move in Tashas belly!
